Midweek Musings

Dad has been doing some home improvements this week. That means hammering or drilling every.single.night. I hope that's over soon.

The boys seem to be preparing for a 5k race and a yelling competition. Only, they're preparing for the race INSIDE which doesn't make much sense to me, but maybe that's a thing? I mean, I might be more inclined to run a 5k if I had some AC going full blast. I can imagine that would make it easier. Hmm, maybe they are on to something.

Dad asked how I watch TV the other night. Actually, his question was "Can you tell me how you get your entertainment? Or do you even watch tv?" Stahp. Do you think I sit up here alone,  staring at the walls, and trying to listen to what your family is doing through the floor? Oh, wait. Never mind, don't answer that. Anyway, of course I watch tv. I told him I have Netflix and Hulu and I stream them via roku. I also told him he could come check it out sometime if he wanted. Then he asked what the top 3 shows I like to watch  are and once I answered him, that was the end of the conversation. So weird.

I often wonder if they know about this here blog. I haven't been evicted yet. Time will tell, I guess.
