Shhh...

The family has been unusually quiet tonight. There has been no yelling, no running, no slamming doors or pots and pans. I even got up earlier to go make sure both cars were here. THEY ARE.
I don't understand how all of a sudden they're not loud. It's almost creepy. Maybe they all went to bed early? Only logical guess I can come up with.

I'm sure I was producing a little extra noise tonight since I was on the phone with my sister earlier telling stories. What we do best, you know. Usually our phone conversations consist of much laughter. And if you've ever heard either of us laughing, you understand what I mean. I'm not even sorry though. I can't possibly be as loud as a family of four. Or can I?!

In other downstairs news, the crip child is now in a walking boot. NO MORE CRUTCHES!! Maybe that's why it seems so quiet! Such bliss!
Maybe they will all take a vacation this summer now? Instead of just Mom going alone. I can't wait to imagine where they'll end up if they do!

Oh, wait....I just heard the elephant stomping around. Guess Mom is still awake.  Sigh.
